Straightforward pricing for private poker recordkeeping
Every BreakStacks account needs a paid plan. Choose Starter for USD $10 one-time, with no recurring Starter plan charge, or Pro for USD $25 per month for more player seats, clubs, delegated admins and leaderboard access.
Recordkeeping software only. BreakStacks does not run or host poker games, accept wagers, hold or transfer player funds, pay players, redeem units, or receive Unit Deductions. Units are virtual club records, not funds held by BreakStacks.

Starter billing. USD $10 is charged once. Starter does not renew and has no recurring Starter plan charge. We do not offer a change-of-mind refund or money-back guarantee. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Access remains subject to the Terms and service availability.
Pro billing. USD $25 is charged monthly and renews each month until cancelled. Ending Pro does not restore a previous Starter purchase; you will need to purchase a plan again to regain dashboard access. Access remains subject to the Terms and service availability.

Plan limits are pooled across all clubs owned by the account holder. A player seat is used by each active club member, whether that member is casual or has a registered BreakStacks account.
About Deduction Rules. A Deduction Rule is a host-configured amount applied to an in-club virtual-unit record. BreakStacks does not receive Unit Deductions or any corresponding offline value. Starter permits one initial setup per club and locks the settings after the first successful save; Pro permits ongoing changes while the feature is available.
Optional Pro add-ons
Add-ons are recurring monthly items for active Pro accounts. Purchase one or more units after Pro is activated; each quantity unit adds the capacity shown below.

You can select 0–20 units of each add-on in self-service. For example, two Extra Players units add 20 player seats and cost USD $10 per month. Additions and increases change capacity after the update is applied and are first charged on the next Pro invoice; there is no partial-cycle charge. Decreases and removals reduce capacity after the update, reduce the next invoice, and do not create a credit for the current billing period. Capacity cannot be reduced below current use. Add-ons renew with Pro until their quantity is reduced or the Pro subscription ends.
Accounts and player seats are separate. Every registered BreakStacks account needs its own paid plan. Separately, each active member of a club uses one of that club owner's pooled player seats, including members who have their own account. Players who do not need a dashboard account can remain casual members and use the visitor access their club makes available.
